Eddie has been with the firm since 1984. McLiney works with cities and school districts across the nation on important municipal projects. McLiney is an expert in Missouri municipal finance and Qualified Zone Academy Bonds (“QZABs”). Past experience includes all aspects of the Municipal Business: Financial Advisory work, marketing, distributing, underwriting, trading and purchasing. He is a frequent speaker on Municipal Finance.
He is a Registered Principal with the National Association of Securities Dealers. Licenses and certificates include Series 7 (General Securities), Series 53 (Municipal Securities Principal) and 63 (Uniform Securities Agency State Law Exam).
